RESEARCH AND REPORTS

In recent years, awareness of the problem of trafficking in women has significantly increased, which has lead to greater availability of research and reports on the subject.  Below is a compilation of materials that were selected as potentially useful to non-governmental organizations (NGOs) engaged in work on the issue of trafficking in women.  It is not an exhaustive list of materials available on the web or elsewhere, nor are reports on the problem of trafficking in women in specific countries included here.  Please see the country pages for research and reports on trafficking in women conducted in specific countries of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
