On Jul 14, MD was informed of allegation and asked to do a rectal exam; he performed only an external rectal exam only and found an anal tear (p. 5104, 5118-5120).

After being kept in solitary confinement for 16 days, prisoner and had panic attacks. The screaming prisoner was handcuffed and put face down on a stretcher and then another stretcher was put on his back. They tied the two stretchers together. The prisoner was screaming and his arms went numb. The MD told investigators that this treatment was sometimes done in the United States. Investigation closed.
